BeautyVoyage Inc ("we", "us", "our") operates Memezy. We are the data controller for personal data processed through the Service.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: email address, login credentials, authentication tokens.
• Content you create: memes, captions, uploaded images, quiz answers, and reports.
• Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps, and other telemetry.
• Support data: messages you send us.
• Payment data: handled directly by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). We receive limited transaction metadata (e.g. order ID, plan, status) but not full card details.

3. Why we use it

• To create and secure your account
• To provide and improve the Service
• To process purchases and deliver reports
• To prevent fraud and abuse
• To respond to support requests
• To send service-related communications

4. Legal basis

We process personal data on the basis of contract performance (to deliver the Service you signed up for), legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Service), consent (where required, e.g. marketing), and legal obligations.

5. Who we share with

• Paddle — our Merchant of Record for sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers (e.g. Supabase, Cloudflare) that store and serve the Service.
• AI providers we use to generate memes, text, and reports, who process your prompts to return outputs.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) and authorities where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. International transfers

Some of our providers operate outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

7. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

8. Your rights
