1. Who we are

Memezy is a meme and GIF maker operated by BeautyVoyage Inc ("we", "us", "our"). By using Memezy (the "Service"), you ("you", "user") agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use the Service, you accept these Terms. You must be of legal age to enter into a contract, or have authority to bind the organization you represent.

3. The Service

Memezy lets beauty professionals create memes, GIFs, and humor strategy reports. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
  • Send spam or malware, or attempt to interfere with security
  • Probe, scan, scrape, or reverse engineer the Service
  • Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
  • Upload content you do not have the right to use, or content that is hateful, defamatory, or sexually explicit

5. User content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for your prompts, uploads, and how you use generated outputs, including verifying you have the rights to any input content.

6. AI-generated outputs

Some features use AI to generate text or images. Outputs may be inaccurate or unexpected and are not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or sharing them. We may filter, refuse, or remove outputs that violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, branding, and documentation, is owned by BeautyVoyage Inc and protected by applicable IP laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. You may not resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits.

8. Payments and subscription terms

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. For payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics, please refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claims arising from the Service is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
